AionPlay Terms & Conditions for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AionPlay ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the AionPlay website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all game types available on AionPlay, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, eBingo, and esports betting. They also apply to all account functions including deposits, withdrawals, and promotional activities.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AionPlay. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino formats.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts or other deceptive means.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.

AionPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our internal policy.
• We are required to do so by applicable laws or regulations.

When an account is closed due to a player's own request or inactivity, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player following successful identity verification. Balances associated with accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting AionPlay support. Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming concerns will be processed promptly and taken seriously.
